Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of Hippie In Bloom. We thoughtfully create and source our products with a focus on reducing waste and making more conscious choices. We prioritise the use of thrifted, recycled, deadstock, and other consciously sourced materials wherever possible, while recognising that some supporting materials may need to be sourced new to ensure quality, durability, and longevity. Our handmade pieces are crafted in New Zealand, and every order is packaged using more sustainable materials to help reduce our environmental impact.
Garmet Care + Washing
At Hippie In Bloom, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Each item is carefully inspected and, where appropriate, pre-washed before shipping. As our garments are made from a variety of fabrics and fibres, we recommend following the care instructions below to help preserve their quality, colour, and longevity.
Recommended Care:
• Hand wash in cold water
• Do not use fabric softeners
• Do not bleach
• Hang to dry — Avoid tumble drying
• Avoid ironing — If needed, use low heat only
Refund Policy
At Hippie In Bloom, we thoughtfully create and source products with sustainability at the heart of what we do. Many of our clothing pieces are handmade using thrifted, recycled, and, where available, deadstock fabrics. Due to the unique nature of many of our products and our commitment to reducing waste, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not currently accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, sizing information (where applicable), and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, don't hesitate to get in touch—we're always happy to help.
Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
